Dr. Baker received his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Louisville. He performed his four year Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency at The Ohio State University Medical Center. OSU Medical Center's rehabilitation program has been recognized as among the best rehabilitation programs in the country in the latest "America's Best Hospitals" issue of U.S. News & World Report magazine. Our program has consistently ranked in the top 10 of the Best Hospitals listing in the specialty of rehabilitation and has made the list for 13 consecutive years. Dr. Baker served as Chief Resident in 1998/1999.
Steven A. Urban, M.D.
Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine
Dr. Urban received his medical degree from New York Medical College. He completed the Residency Program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Sinai and Johns Hopkins Hospitals in Baltimore. Johns Hopkins Hospital has been ranked No.1 in the U.S News and World Report Magazine's annual "America's Best Hospitals" for 17 consecutive years. Dr. Urban served as Chief Resident in 1997/1998. He also completed an NIH fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
